The Microsoft Partner Program was launched in October 2003 and represents Microsoft’s ongoing commitment to the success of partners worldwide. The program offers a single, integrated partnering framework that recognizes partner expertise, rewards the total impact that partners have in the technology marketplace, and delivers value to help partners’ businesses be successful. LuxTech has been a Microsoft Certified Partner for a number of years and achieved Gold Partner status in 2006. As a Gold Certified Partner, LuxTech has demonstrated significant expertise with Microsoft technologies and proven ability to meet customers’ needs.

The Gold Certified Partner status requires companies to demonstrate competency in at least one distinct solution area. We challenged ourselves to exceed the minimum requirements and these best met our business focus; Networking Infrastructure Solutions, Information Worker Solutions and Advanced Infrastructure Solutions. We continue to research other competencies as our business transforms and our clients requirements diversify.

Key benefits of the Microsoft Partner Program are that it provides LuxTech with early access to the latest Microsoft tools and technologies and a direct support infrastructure through which we can obtain support directly from Microsoft themselves. These benefits also help our customers by ensuring that any issues with the underlying technologies on which their systems are based are resolved quickly and professionally.

We have also achieved recognition for our work with Small Businesses and have qualified as a Microsoft Small Business Specialist.
